zactrack capitalised on the diversity, dynamics, and energy of the 2026 Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) expo at Fira de Barcelona Gran Via to showcase its industry-leading products. zactrack mini, SMART and PRO were featured across seven high-profile booths and demo rooms, alongside the zactrack meeting point in the centrally located Innovation Park.

#TrackingTheScene at ISE 2026
Under the hashtag #TrackingTheScene, a total of 8 booths (including zactrack’s meeting point) engaged in this exclusive campaign. They were Area Four Industries Italia – who utilised a zactrack SMART for lighting control; d&b audiotechnik who had a zactrack PRO running audio (via their Soundscape software) as well as some lighting; FLUX:: Immersive who ran their SPAT Revolution mixing tool in conjunction with a zactrack SMART for sound and lighting control; L-Acoustics had another zactrack SMART for lighting control as well as audio in conjunction with their L-ISA system; IP-based video and audio broadcast specialist Lawo had a zactrack mini on their stand for audio control; PIXERA by AV Stumpfl highlighted the flexibility of zactrack PRO for video control while Telycam illustrated how a highly versatile zactrack mini could control their PTZ cameras.
Integrated with Seven Leading Brands at ISE 2026: Real-Time Tracking Across Multiple Applications
#TrackingTheScene was a multidimensional campaign that generated engagement on all levels – real, live and virtual – and perfectly illustrated the power and flexibility of zactrack’s real-time 3D object tracking capabilities. Visitors could explore zactrack in multiple real-world applications as it seamlessly connected with different brands, systems and control options, demonstrating how zactrack’s object-based real-time tracking adds value to so many different scenarios.
A major highlight on the Area Four Industries Italia booth was a moving truss rigged with four MAC One moving lights, where the tracker was paired with a disco helmet for visitors’ enjoyment. This got plenty of interaction. Marketing Lead for Area Four Industries Italia, Giuliano Luvisotto, stated, "By combining zactrack technology, an ETC Foundation Desk and EXE Vario 500 kg chain hoists, real-time height data from the hoist encoders is shared via PSN, allowing accurate tracking compensation as the pre-rig trusses move. In our live demo, we raised and lowered the rig at speed – showcasing both the performance of Vario Veloce and the fast response of zactrack’s tracking system.”
The L-Acoustics demo featured a zactrack SMART integrated with their L-ISA immersive spatial audio solution. Thanks to the lighting tracking powered by zactrack SMART, moderators could move seamlessly between the central stage in the demo area and all around the surrounding audience while remaining fully lit. zactrack also provided precise directional audio, enhancing the full L-ISA immersive experience. The two presenters demonstrated the system highly effectively by showcasing its smooth operation and adaptability.
L-Acoustics’ Scott Sugden commented that the combination of zactrack and L-ISA is a potential game changer for sound reinforcement: “Spatial audio – combined with precise object positioning – lets us place elements with intent, not compromise, giving each source its own space. The result is greater clarity, emotional impact, and consistency for every listener. It’s not an effect; it’s a fundamentally better way to translate artistic vision to an audience.”
Rainer Brandstätter, AV Stumpfl: “The ISE was once again a true highlight for our industry this year. We were especially pleased to see zactrack in action at our booth. The integration into the PIXERA Effect Engine was very well received. A big thank you to the zactrack team for the excellent collaboration.”
Lucas Zwicker from Lawo noted, "zactrack integrates seamlessly with the Lawo mc² range of mixing consoles, adding yet another helpful tool for all of our customers. The setup is very easy using the ADM-OSC standard, enabling fully automated tracking of actors, allowing the users to focus on the sound itself."
Werner Petricek, CEO of zactrack GmbH, concluded, "Tracking the Scene enabled visitors to experience firsthand how zactrack can be utilised in so many different but equally effective ways, just as it is used every day in productions worldwide. It was a highly successful demonstration, and we would like to thank everyone who visited and experienced zactrack in action.”
At the meeting point in the Innovation Park
At zactrack’s meeting point in the Innovation Park, a zactrack mini system was integrated with a live Canon PTZ camera, so visitors could watch a screen showing it automatically following them as they moved around carrying a tracker. The full zactrack team was on hand to explain the full product range to visitors, including zactrack mini, SMART, and PRO.
zactrack’s mini system – fully wireless and fitting into a briefcase – attracted plenty of attention. It is great for smaller touring productions as well as for more niche venues like wedding halls, comedy clubs, and all types of event spaces.
The team met a wide variety of interested people through the expo. From experienced users to those who have just bought their first zactrack system, people from the zactrack Academy training initiative, as well as distributors, industry friends and plenty of students who have discovered zactrack through a production … and were curious to learn more. The pace and the tempo were lively and engaged for all four days of the expo event.
new WebClient software
A new zactrack WebClient software update was also highlighted on the booth. Phase 1 was released as version 3.25.2 in November 2025, introducing a number of essential operational features, including Live Controls, I/O Monitor, and System Maintenance tools. Phase 2, planned for Q2 2026, will expand the WebClient further to include all live settings covering system and tracking configuration and network settings.
Phase 3, scheduled for Q3 2026, will introduce Show Editor, providing access to the show database, including points, universes, actors, fixtures, and related elements, along with guided setup wizards designed to streamline the configuration and overall workflow.
Hardware, planned for Q2 2026, includes a SMART / PRO Anchor update to IP65 for use outdoors and in more challenging indoor environments.
